Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Alias Lingo: Guess & Speak (the “app”). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”). To the extent these Terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA applies.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non‑commercial use, in accordance with the Apple EULA.
2. In‑App Purchases
The app offers optional in‑app purchases (word packs and Full Access). Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
3. Acceptable Use
- Use the app for lawful purposes only.
- Do not reverse‑engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or content, except as permitted by applicable law.
- Do not redistribute the bundled word lists or assets.
4. Intellectual Property
The app, its word lists, artwork, icons, sounds, and other content are owned by the developer or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error‑free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the app.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
